FKIK Auto Switch and Match for Kiel Figgins Rigs Maya 2023 version

FK/IK Switch Kiel Figgins rigs. Works on both arms and legs of Kiel's rigs at:
http://www.3dfiggins.com/Store/
Switches and matches FK to IK or IK to FK on a single frame or over time for arms or legs.
Not sure if I'm going to support the chest/torso any time soon

To install:
1. Copy this script into maya scripts directory:
On PC, usually C:\Users\<userName>\Documents\maya\scripts
On MacOS usually Library/Preferences/Autodesk/maya/<version>/scripts

2. make the following Python command into a shelf button or hotkey:

import FKIKAutoFiggins
FKIKAutoFiggins.FKIKSwitchNMatch()

To use:

For single frame switch:
1. select any arm or leg control
2. press shelf button or hotkey to switch

For switching over time
1. select any arm or leg control
2. highlight range in timeline
3. press shelf button or hotkey
